At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
You’ll identify potential customers, research decision-makers, start conversations, qualify prospects, and book meetings for the sales team. This is a hands-on outbound sales role for someone comfortable using cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and structured follow-up sequences to build a consistent pipeline.

What You’ll Own
Outbound Prospecting
Prospect potential customers through:
Cold calling
Email outreach
LinkedIn
Other outbound channels
Research target companies and relevant decision-makers
Identify prospects who align with the target customer profile
Personalize outreach where appropriate to improve engagement
Start conversations with potential customers and generate interest
Maintain consistent prospecting activity throughout the week
Execute structured outreach and follow-up sequences
Lead Qualification
Engage prospects to understand their needs and potential fit
Qualify opportunities based on factors such as:
Need
Budget
Authority
Timing
Ask effective discovery and qualification questions
Identify genuine sales opportunities before handing them to Account Executives
Distinguish between prospects requiring additional nurturing and those ready for a sales conversation
Maintain clear qualification notes for the sales team
Appointment Setting
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Clearly communicate the purpose and value of the scheduled conversation
Confirm relevant prospect information before handoff
Coordinate meeting scheduling between prospects and the sales team
Maintain consistent follow-up to reduce missed opportunities
Support a smooth transition from prospecting to the next stage of the sales process
CRM & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM

Identify messaging and approaches generating stronger responses
Coordinate with Account Executives on qualified opportunities
Help improve prospecting and qualification processes
Maintain clear communication around prospect handoffs and meeting quality
Requirements
1+ year of experience as an SDR, BDR, Appointment Setter, or in a similar outbound sales role
Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Experience with cold email and LinkedIn prospecting
Strong spoken and written English
Strong communication and objection-handling skills
Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms
Ability to research companies and decision-makers
Experience qualifying prospects and booking meetings
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Results-driven and comfortable working against measurable KPIs
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Throughout the day, you’ll research target companies and decision-makers, make outbound calls, send emails, connect with prospects through LinkedIn, and follow up with previous conversations.
As prospects engage, you’ll qualify them based on their needs, budget, authority, and timing before scheduling appropriate opportunities with Account Executives.
You’ll also update the CRM, maintain accurate activity records, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on messaging and prospect feedback.
In short: you create qualified sales opportunities by consistently finding, engaging, qualifying, and converting prospects into meetings for the sales team.
