Sales Data Entry Specialist

I’m looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to consolidate my sales records into one clean, reliable file. The information you’ll work with is mixed—numeric figures already sitting in several Excel sheets and text-based details that need to be pulled from online databases.

Here’s how the flow should work: you’ll open the existing spreadsheets, verify each number, then match or append the related product and customer notes you locate online. Accuracy is critical; every figure must line up with its descriptive fields, and any discrepancies should be flagged for my review before final submission.

Deliverables
• A single, fully populated Excel workbook containing all numeric and text fields, free of duplicates and obvious errors
• A brief change-log noting any corrections, missing values, or uncertainties

I’ll provide the source spreadsheets, database links, and field-mapping instructions as soon as we start. If you’re comfortable navigating web databases, manipulating Excel efficiently (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic formulas), and double-checking your own work, this should be a straightforward assignment.
