Sales Data Entry from Databases

I have a set of sales records sitting in our online databases that now need to be transferred into a single, clean master file. The task is pure data entry: you will be moving information, not analysing it. Expect a mix of numbers (order totals, invoice IDs, quantities) and text (product names, customer comments, voucher codes).

You’ll receive secure login credentials and a ready-made template in Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer. Simply pull each record, verify that every required field is captured, and paste it into the correct column. Because everything comes from online databases there is no scanning or OCR work involved, but accuracy is critical; even one misplaced decimal can skew our reports.

Deliverables
• Completed master spreadsheet containing all sales records, fully populated and aligned to the template
• A brief note highlighting any anomalies you discovered (duplicate orders, missing values, etc.)
• Confirmation that totals in the sheet match the source dashboards
