Sales Closer — Web Design for US Local Businesses (20% Commission, Warm Appointments Provided)
We build professional websites for US local businesses — and we need a confident closer to turn qualified appointments into paying customers.
We sell custom websites (around $1,500) to local service businesses across the US — plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC, landscapers, and similar trades. Our offer is genuinely easy to sell: we build the prospect a free working demo of their own site before they pay anything. Once they see it, most of the selling is already done.
This is a 100% commission role. No hourly pay, no base salary, no retainer. You're paid a share of what actually gets collected from the customer, nothing more, nothing less.
Appointment setting is live now, with qualified meetings expected to start coming in shortly. You will not be prospecting or cold calling. Appointments are sourced and booked for you by our appointment-setting team. Your only job is to show up, present, and close.
What You'll Do:
Take qualified sales appointments already booked on your calendar. Present our website service and free-demo offer clearly and confidently. Handle objections and guide the prospect to a decision. Follow up with prospects who don't close on the first call. Close the sale and help ensure payment is collected.
Compensation:
20% commission on revenue actually collected from the customer, not just agreed, actually paid. On our standard $1,500 website, that's roughly $300 per normal sale. Commission is calculated on money that has actually cleared — if a customer only pays a deposit, you're paid your 20% of that deposit at that point, and the remaining 20% when the balance is collected. If a sale is later refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is deducted from future payouts. Paid on a regular schedule once collected revenue is confirmed.
What We're Looking For:
Proven closing experience, ideally web design, digital marketing, SaaS, or home-services sales. Confident, natural presentation skills, you can run a demo call and guide it to a decision. Comfortable presenting to US-based small business owners. Strong follow-up discipline, not every close happens on the first call.
To apply, please answer:
1. What's your typical close rate on booked or warm appointments, for example 1 in 4?
2. Have you closed deals with US-based clients before? What industry, and roughly what deal size?
3. Have you sold web design, digital marketing, or a comparable service before?
4. This role is commission-only, paid only on revenue actually collected — does that structure work for you?
No cold calling required. Show up, present, close — paid on what you actually collect, with uncapped earning potential.
