Sales Closer – New Real Estate Video Agency (Commission-Based)

I run Carter Realty Services, a new agency that edits and posts short-form video for real estate agents. I’m looking for a closer to run 15-minute audit calls with agents booked by our setters and sign them as clients.

PLEASE READ FIRST: We are just getting started. We have no clients yet, no testimonials, and no sample work to show. There is no upfront pay. You earn only when a client signs and pays. Calls will start once our setters begin booking, so there may be a wait before your first one. I’d rather tell you now so you can decide if this fits.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Run short video calls with agents booked by the setters
Review the agent’s social pages, explain what we’d fix, and recommend a plan
Answer questions, send the agreement, and collect the setup fee
Log each call’s outcome in a shared sheet

PAY

10% of every payment (setup fee and monthly fees) from each client you close
Applies to payments received in the client’s first 3 months
Paid within 7 days after each payment clears
Agreed in writing before you start

A booking link, plan and pricing details, and a call script
A weekly check-in with me

WHO IT FITS

Some sales or customer-facing experience, or a strong wish to build it
Confident and friendly on video calls
Available for calls on [Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, US time zone]
