Sales & Business Development Agents Needed

Performance Based Cooperation Sales and Business Development
We are recruiting promotion Agents in Pakistan with strong sales awareness and customer acquisition ability.
If you have experience in real estate, insurance, loan promotion, financial product sales, marketing, channel development, or business development, your experience may be directly relevant to this position.
Main responsibilities
Independently identify and approach potential customers
Develop suitable communication and follow-up methods
Introduce the platform, products, and promotional activities
Maintain customer relationships and support conversion
Build your own customer acquisition channels
Complete daily and weekly promotional goals
We are looking for people who can think independently and take initiative. Mentor support, activity information, and promotional guidance will be provided, while Agents are expected to develop action plans based on their own markets and resources.
The compensation structure combines basic support with performance-based rewards, including referral bonuses, daily and weekly performance rewards, turnover commission, and promotional prizes.

Income starts from 50,000 PKR, and the highest listed tier may reach 10,000,000 PKR. Different income tiers require the corresponding customer, performance, and program conditions to be met.
