I’m building a single mobile product that my field sales team can run on both iOS and Android. The core of the app is a Google-Maps–powered “store acquisition” workflow:

• Territory view
– Country → city → small map blocks, each block pin-pointing couple stores pulled from Google places.
– Pins colour-coded by Google rating so reps can instantly spot high-potential vs low-potential outlets.

• Deep store profile
– Auto-fetch and display name, address, phone, line of business and current Google rating.
– Associates can update our own status flags: Visited, Not Visited, Interested, Not Interested, Exited.

• In-field tracking
– Live GPS location streaming for every associate while the app is open.
– Background activity tracker that timestamps check-ins, distance covered and time on site, feeding a performance dashboard.

• Insight dashboard
– Separate tabs for Associates, Store Managers and Admin.
– Real-time leaderboards showing top & bottom performers, visit counts, conversion ratios and overall app usage.

The finished build must run smoothly on both platforms, respect native location-permission policies, and use Google Maps (or Places) APIs for the data pull and review ranking logic. Clean UI/UX, secure login and cloud sync are expected.

Acceptance will be based on:
1. Accurate map tiling down to small-block level with pins and colour logic.
2. Live location updating ≤5 sec latency while on cellular or Wi-Fi.
3. Reliable write-back of status flags even when the device is briefly offline.
4. Role-based dashboards reflecting live data without manual refresh.

Code repo, brief setup docs and a test build for iOS & Android are the final deliverables.
