Sales Agent / Broker Needed: Sell Rare Sealed Pokemon Skyridge Box ($30k) - Garage Find

I am looking for an experienced sales agent, broker, or professional reseller within the Pokemon TCG community to find a serious buyer and facilitate the sale of a highly valuable item.

The Story: I recently bought a new house in Midtown Manhattan and found this sealed Pokemon Skyridge Booster Box (2003) while cleaning out the garage. I do not collect Pokemon cards, but a friend saw it and told me it is incredibly rare and valuable. I am selling it because I need the funds to repair the roof of my house.

The Item: Sealed Pokemon Skyridge Booster Box (2003, Wizards of the Coast).
Asking Price: $30,000 USD (Firm, Non-negotiable).
My Location: Midtown Manhattan, New York (Local pickup available, or free shipping within the US).

Your Role:

1. Use your network (Reddit r/pkmntcgtrades, Facebook groups, Instagram, eBay, or high-end TCG forums) to find a legitimate buyer.
2. Communicate with potential buyers, provide proof of ownership (photos/videos/timestamps), and negotiate the terms within my strict price.
3. Facilitate a secure transaction between me and the buyer.

Payment Terms & Conditions:

· I DO NOT accept personal checks.
· Payment must be made via a secure Escrow service (like Escrow.com) or agreed-upon Cryptocurrency.
· Your Fee: I will pay you a $1,000 USD flat commission, strictly after the buyer's payment has been fully cleared, secured, and the item is successfully transferred to the buyer.

Requirements for the Freelancer:

· Must have a verifiable track record or high reputation in the Pokemon TCG trading community.
· Must understand how to avoid scammers and fake buyers.
· Fluent in English.

To Apply: Please reply with your experience in selling high-end collectibles, links to your profiles in TCG communities, and your strategy to find a buyer for this specific item.
