Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the admin engine behind a UK sales team — quotes out on time, CRM clean, and nothing slipping between a deal and an invoice.
This is a good fit if you enjoy being the organised one in a fast-moving sales team, like tidy data, and want a long-term career with a UK business from home in South Africa.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and send quotes, proposals and order paperwork
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date after every deal stage
Process incoming orders and hand them to operations cleanly
Produce weekly sales reports and pipeline summaries
Handle customer queries on pricing, availability and order status
Support the sales team with diary, follow-ups and document preparation
What you'll need
Experience in a sales administration, sales support or order processing role
Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
Confident with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
Strong written and spoken English, and accurate attention to detail
A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work
Nice to have
Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks or a similar invoicing system
Experience supporting a UK or international sales team
Experience with quoting or CPQ tools
What's on offer
100% remote — work from anywhere in South Africa
Working hours of 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST), Monday to Friday
Long-term placement with a stable UK employer
Ongoing support from the Remote Recruitment team throughout your placement
If this sounds like your kind of role, apply with your CV and we'll be in touch.
