My team and I are looking to strengthen our SaaS company's presence on Capterra, G2, and Google Business. We currently have very few reviews across all three directories, so I’m looking for someone who can help us to secure feedback and further assist in providing reputation management advice.
Because I'm anticipating that competitor reputation analysis and reviews will become a factor in the ideal client profile that we pursue in acquisition channels, I've already prepared research briefs on all of our competitors and their reviewer profiles that we can build acquisition strategy on.
When you respond, highlight three things:
• Your English language proficiency (written only)
• Past wins in reputation management for SaaS or other tech businesses
I’ll review proposals as they arrive and will fund milestones tied to delivery. The price is negotiable depending upon the scale of support you're willing to offer my business; as this could become a long-format operation with customer drip campaigns and so on.
