We are looking for detail-oriented QA Test Engineers (Junior & Senior) to thoroughly test a modern SaaS web application before its public launch
We are planning to hire 2–4 QA testers for an initial testing phase with the possibility of ongoing work across multiple projects
Our goal is to identify bugs, broken workflows, UI/UX inconsistencies, performance issues, and unexpected behaviors before releasing the application to production
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for testing the application from a real user's perspective while also exploring edge cases and unexpected scenarios
Key responsibilities
Perform comprehensive manual testing across the application
Test complete end-to-end user journeys
Validate authentication, registration, login, and account management flows
Test forms, validation rules, error handling, and user permissions
Identify functional bugs, broken workflows, and unexpected behavior
Perform edge-case testing, including duplicate submissions, rapid interactions, invalid inputs, and interrupted requests
Test responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Identify UI/UX inconsistencies, alignment issues, and usability problems
Test application behavior under slow or unstable network conditions
Identify potential performance bottlenecks and slow-loading pages
Verify fixes and perform regression testing when needed
Required Deliverables
1. Structured Bug Report
All identified issues must be documented in a centralized Google Sheet or similar tracking system
Each issue must include
Unique Bug ID
Clear issue title and description
Severity level (Critical, High, Medium, Low)
Exact steps to reproduce
Expected behavior vs actual behavior
Browser, operating system, and device information
Screenshots or screen recordings
Relevant console errors or network logs when available
2. Video Evidence
Provide screen recordings demonstrating identified bugs whenever possible
Videos should clearly show the steps leading to the issue and the resulting unexpected behavior
3. Testing Summary
Provide a final testing summary covering
Features and modules tested
Total bugs identified by severity
Areas successfully tested
Areas requiring additional attention
Any blockers or limitations encountered
Overall assessment of release readiness
4. Time Tracking
Maintain a clear record of active testing hours and provide a breakdown of time spent on testing, documentation, and bug verification
Requirements
Previous experience testing SaaS platforms or complex web applications
Strong understanding of manual QA methodologies
Experience with functional, regression, exploratory, and edge-case testing
Ability to write clear and reproducible bug reports
Familiarity with browser developer tools (Console and Network)
Experience testing responsive web applications
Strong attention to detail
Good written English communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Experience testing CRM, messaging, automation, or business management platforms
Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman
Basic understanding of JavaScript and web application architecture
Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or other automated testing tools
Experience with performance testing tools
