Our SaaS platform is ready for a full visual and interaction overhaul. The mandate covers both the user interface and the underlying user-experience flow, with a clear emphasis on elevating the overall look and feel. Every core screen is accessed on both desktop and mobile, so responsive behaviour and consistency across breakpoints are essential.
Key objectives
• Refresh the visual language to a modern, cohesive style
• Refine workflows where the current layout slows users down
• Maintain parity between desktop and mobile experiences
Required deliverables
1. Mood-board and updated style guide (colour palette, typography, iconography)
2. High-fidelity, responsive mock-ups for all primary modules
3. Clickable prototype in Figma or Sketch demonstrating end-to-end journeys
4. Final asset package with design specs and developer hand-off notes
Acceptance criteria
• Screens adapt flawlessly at common breakpoints (1440 px, 1024 px, 768 px, 375 px)
• Visual hierarchy is clear and consistent across modules
• Prototype passes an internal usability walk-through without critical blockers
Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or an equivalent industry-standard tool is fine; use what lets you iterate quickly and share interactive links with the team. Assets and rights to the final designs transfer upon completion.
Timeline and iterations are flexible, but initial concepts within the first week would be ideal so we can align on direction early.
