Summary
I run a software studio in Melbourne with live SaaS products. I need someone to run the daily growth work across them, one or two products at a time, not all nine at once.
What you'd do daily:
- Social media posting and engagement
- Guest post pitching and writing
- Backlink outreach
- Directory and listing submissions
- Finding JV, partnership, giveaway and newsletter-swap opportunities, then pitching them
- Writing comparison pages and free tool pages
- Reddit, Quora, Medium, Indie Hackers, Hacker News, community participation
- Tracking everything in one sheet
I will hand you a written playbook. I am running it myself for a week first so you get exact steps, not vague instructions.
What I need to see in your proposal:
1) Two or three products or sites you have grown. Links.
2) Actual numbers. "Traffic grew from 400 to 6,200 monthly sessions in 5 months" or "43 signups in month one from Reddit and Quora". Not "significantly increased engagement".
3) What you did specifically, and which channel produced the most.
4) One example of a backlink or guest post you personally landed. Link to the live page.
Answer these three:
- A subreddit's rules ban self-promotion. You have a genuinely useful free tool. What do you do?
- What is the first thing you do in week one on a brand-new SaaS product with no traffic and no audience?
Start your proposal with the word ORANGE so I know you read this.
Terms: 20 hours a week to start. Paid trial: 10 hours on one product, then we both decide. Long term for the right person. I have no budget for paid ads or expensive tools, so this is organic work.
We are based in Melbourne, Australia, so it would be nice if some hours can overlap.
I do not want mass link drops or spun content. One permanent Reddit ban costs me more than a year of your time saves me.
