• I design, code, deploy, and scale the platform, shipping updates based on market feedback so you always have something competitive to sell.
• Revenue is shared immediately at 60 % to you and 40 % to me. No hidden fees, no cap; the split applies to everything the product earns.

Because our first users will be small local businesses, messaging, onboarding, and pricing will be kept simple and value-driven. You’ll handle demos, follow-ups, and closing; I’ll stay behind the curtain keeping the product rock-solid and adding features that help you upsell.
