SaaS Affiliate Manager Needed

I run a growing SaaS company and I’m ready to scale sales through a structured affiliate program. The sole metric that matters to me is paid subscriptions, so every decision you make—from recruiting partners to choosing promo assets—must tie back to driving purchases.

The first phase will centre on attracting the right influencers and onboarding them smoothly. I already have generous commission tiers and landing pages in place; what I need is your experience using established affiliate-tracking software (Tapfiliate, FirstPromoter or similar) to set up links, monitor performance and keep payouts transparent. Your day-to-day will also involve crafting outreach messages, nurturing relationships on social media, and guiding partners on best-converting angles.

Key deliverables and acceptance criteria:
• Launch a fully tracked affiliate portal with working links within two weeks.
• Recruit and activate at least five niche-relevant influencers in the first month.
• Provide weekly performance reports highlighting revenue attributed to each partner and actionable optimisations.
