Summary
We are looking for an experienced SaaS acquisition broker, business broker, M&A deal sourcer, or deal closer who can help us find a serious buyer for our product — a fully developed, production-ready, pre-revenue, multi-tenant SaaS platform.
Our product is a privacy-first workforce intelligence platform built for remote and hybrid organizations (25–1,000 employees). Instead of surveillance or keystroke tracking, it connects to the tools teams already use — Slack, Jira, Linear, GitHub, Notion, Gmail, Google Docs, Asana, Confluence, and Figma — and uses AI to transform workplace activity into an objective Contribution Score. The product includes:
AI-powered contribution scoring across delivery, collaboration, execution, and knowledge-sharing
Noise filtering that separates meaningful work from low-impact activity
Manager dashboards with real-time team visibility and weekly/monthly performance reports
Employee self-insight dashboards for personal output improvement
Weekly executive-ready leader digest with trends, risk flags, and AI-generated recommendations
Transparent, auditable scoring — every signal drills down to the underlying activity, no black box
Role-tuned weighting per function (engineering, ops, people, leadership)
Web application with multi-tenant architecture
Integrations with 10+ workplace tools out of the box
White-label and API-ready capabilities
Early-access pilot program already onboarding remote SaaS teams
The platform has already been developed and extensively tested. This is not an idea or early MVP. The product is ready for a buyer who wants to launch, integrate, rebrand, or scale an existing SaaS platform.
We are targeting a strategic sale rather than a marketplace flip. The transaction value will depend on the buyer profile — a quick marketplace sale will be modest, a build-vs-buy sale to an agency or HR/workforce company will be higher, and a strategic buyer who wants the category entry, IP, and roadmap will command the best price. We are open to discussing the exact asking price with shortlisted applicants.
Who we need you to introduce us to
SaaS and software buyers
Strategic acquirers
SaaS holding companies
Software agencies
HR / workforce technology companies
Investors and acquisition entrepreneurs
Search funds and micro-PE buyers
Our priority is a quick acquisition, not long-term consulting or generic lead generation.
Compensation — success-based, tiered, no upfront retainer
We prefer a success-based arrangement with no large upfront retainer. Commission is tiered so that a broker is rewarded for pushing for a higher sale price, not just any close:
A higher commission rate applies to the lower portion of the deal, keeping smaller deals worth your time.
A standard rate applies to the mid-range.
An accelerated kicker applies above the target — you earn a larger share of everything above the target price, so you fight for the best outcome, and we only pay the extra on money we wouldn't otherwise have received.
Exact rates and tier thresholds will be shared with shortlisted applicants. We are confident the structure is competitive within the standard market range for this deal size.
Payment terms — non-negotiable:
Commission is paid only after funds are fully received at closing. No advances, no partial payments on LOIs, term sheets, or promises.
A 6-month tail clause applies: if a buyer you introduced does not close within 6 months of your introduction, no commission is owed on that buyer.
No exclusivity for the first 45 days — we are free to pursue our own leads in parallel. After that, we can discuss a short exclusivity window if the relationship is productive.
Please apply only if you have relevant SaaS/software acquisition experience, buyer relationships, or a realistic ability to help us close a transaction.
In your proposal, briefly explain your experience, buyer network, target markets, and how you would approach selling this platform.
