Our first priority is eliminating the 500 “Internal Server Error” that users hit when they try to book and pay for an appointment section of the SaaS platform. Once that is stable, I’d like to move straight into a small round of feature improvements for both the platform and the public marketing site.

What I need you to do
• Trace and resolve the root cause of the 500 error on the affected account-settings area.
• Confirm the fix holds under normal traffic and during edge-case actions (e.g., plan upgrades, password changes, team-member invites).
• Implement a handful of minor UX tweaks I will outline after the error is gone—think adding a missing field, surfacing a notification, or tightening a form flow.
• Push the same visual and functional polish to the brochure website so the brand experience stays consistent.

Acceptance
– No 500 errors when opening Settings, Billing, or User-Management for any role.
– Existing data remains intact.
– New tweaks work in the latest Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
– All code is committed with clear comments and a brief change log.

I’m happy to provide access to logs, the current repo, and staging once we agree on the approach. Let me know how you would tackle the diagnostics and roughly how long the initial fix should take.
