SA & Global Finance Patent

I have developed a proprietary methodology that applies advanced price-optimization techniques within the finance sector, and I am ready to secure formal protection. My immediate priority is to obtain a South African patent and, in the same process, lay the groundwork for international coverage—most likely via the PCT route—so the invention can be defended in other key jurisdictions later on.

I am looking for a qualified patent practitioner who can guide and assist the entire journey from prior-art searches and claim drafting through to filing in South Africa and preparing the international application.
