S7-1200 Data Logging Setup

I need a robust data-logging routine built for a Siemens S7-1200 that controls an industrial-automation line. Using TIA Portal, capture key process values at set intervals, timestamp them accurately, and store the records so they can be exported as CSV or accessed through OPC later on. All code must be clearly commented so I can maintain or extend it after delivery.

Deliverables
• TIA Portal project file with the completed PLC program
• Any HMI tag configuration needed for the logging function
• Simple load-up guide plus demonstration proof that data persists after power-cycle

Acceptance criteria
Logged values must appear every second or faster, include precise timestamps, and remain intact if the PLC loses power or communication.
