RV Park Restroom/Shower/Laundry Facility

I'm looking to create a minimalist restroom, shower, and laundry facility for our RV park that also must serve as tornado shelter.

The facility should serve all three purposes, and I have a general plan already.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
