RV Accessory CAD Revisions

I need a USA-based mechanical engineer who can open my existing AutoCAD and Fusion 360 files for a sheet-metal RV accessory and prepare them for the next fabrication run.

Scope of the work
• Components that must be reviewed: frame, mounting brackets, and hinge assemblies.
• Revisions required: modify design features for better manufacturability and ergonomics, then confirm every critical measurement is accurate before release.

You will receive the native CAD models, 2-D drawings, and notes from the first prototype. After your review, return:

1. Updated AutoCAD (.dwg) and Fusion 360 (.f3d) files.
2. Revised 2-D fabrication drawings ready for laser cutting and bending.
3. A concise change log outlining what was adjusted and why.

Acceptance criteria: all dimensions verified against my supplied measurements, interference-free assemblies within Fusion’s joint analysis, and drawings that follow ANSI Y14.5 callouts.

We’ll collaborate in U.S. business hours via Zoom or screen-share; in-person discussion is possible if you’re nearby, but not required. Let me know your availability and any similar sheet-metal projects you’ve completed, and we can get started right away. I will need a video call - if you cannot conduct a video conference call I am not interested. This is a MUST. This is a patent pending design - and you will be required to sign an NDA to protect my intellectual property.
