Rustic Kashmiri Resort Design

I'm seeking an experienced architect or designer to create an ultra-premium, rustic-style Kashmiri mountain resort. The resort will be built on a sloping plot measuring 160' × 200' (32,000 sq ft / ~5.88 kanal) and will feature private villas as the primary accommodation type.

Key requirements include:

Design Style: Rustic, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings and incorporating traditional Kashmiri architectural elements.
Accommodations: Private, luxurious villas, each offering privacy and high-end comfort.
Amenities: Essential inclusion of a spa and wellness center, and a gourmet restaurant.
Ideal Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in designing high-end, rustic-style resorts or similar properties.
Strong understanding of local Kashmiri architecture and environmental considerations for sloping terrains.
Expertise in creating luxury private villa layouts and integrating upscale amenities.
Ability to deliver innovative, sustainable design solutions that enhance guest experience while preserving natural beauty.
