Rustic Industrial Restaurant Design

Our new restaurant is almost ready for its transformation. I want guests to walk in and feel the warmth of wood, brick, and aged metal— a rustic vibe softened by industrial accents—while every corner remains highly functional for a busy service. The dining seating area is the star of the show, so that’s where we’ll pour most of the creative energy; the goal is a space people immediately photograph and share.

Here’s the scope I need delivered ASAP:

• A cohesive concept board that captures the warm-rustic/industrial mood, including colour direction and material samples.
• Optimised 2D floor plan showing seating counts, clear staff flow, counter placement, and restroom access.
• Photo-ready 3D renders of the key perspectives, especially the main dining zone.
• FF&E specification: furniture, atmospheric lighting, finishes, wall features or murals, plus recommended durable materials suited to high-traffic hospitality use.
• A sourcing sheet with SKUs or local equivalents so I can purchase everything within budget.

Experience with restaurant interiors, hospitality-grade materials, and software such as SketchUp, Revit, or similar is essential. Clear communication and quick turnarounds matter because I’d like to approve the concept and move into procurement without delay.
