I operate a horse boarding facility and need a U.S.-based web designer to create a warm, traditional-yet-rustic online home that helps me attract new boarders. The site has to feel welcoming to equestrians while still handling the practical tasks of my business.
Core objectives
• Seamlessly connect the website with our existing Facebook and Instagram pages so new posts and photos appear in both directions without extra work.
• Offer an immersive, interactive facility tour—panoramas or 360° video—so prospects can “walk the barn” before they call.
• Host legal boarding agreements in a secure, digital, sign-and-pay format. Once signed, the form should trigger an invoice through QuickBooks Online, allowing clients to set up monthly auto-pay for stall rent.
• Provide a simple dashboard where I can publish or embed articles and videos—whether they come from my own content writer or trusted equine news sites.
• Install visitor analytics (e.g., Google Analytics 4 with enhanced tracking or a comparable tool) and a Facebook/Instagram pixel so I can see who drops by even if they never fill out a form.
• Build on a platform that lets me expand later with testimonials or photo galleries if I choose, without a full redesign.
Deliverables
1. Fully responsive website styled in a traditional, rustic aesthetic.
2. Integrated social feeds (FB & IG) with auto-sync capabilities.
3. Digital boarding agreement workflow tied directly to QuickBooks Online for invoicing and recurring payments.

I’m open to WordPress, Squarespace, or another stable platform—whichever best supports these functions without heavy custom code. Clean execution, clear communication, and an eye for country charm matter most to me.
