Russian-Speaking Real Estate Photo Editor / Retoucher for Airbnb & Villas

!!! ONLY RUSSIAN-SPEAKING CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED !!! We are looking for a Russian-speaking Real Estate Photo Editor / Retoucher to work with us on ongoing property photography projects.

We need someone who can handle the full post-processing workflow — from selecting the best photos from the full photoshoot to professional color correction and retouching.

One project = one property.

What You’ll Do

For each property, you will receive the full photoshoot via Google Drive and be responsible for:

Reviewing and selecting the 20–35 strongest photos
Choosing images that best showcase the property, including interiors, exterior, architecture, pool, garden, bedrooms, living areas, etc.
Making sure all important spaces are represented without unnecessary repetitive shots
Performing professional color correction and retouching
Creating a consistent and attractive visual style across the entire series
Preparing photos specifically for Airbnb and other OTA platforms
Editing Style

We are looking for photos that are:

Bright, clean, and vibrant
Natural but visually attractive
Well-balanced in terms of white balance and color temperature
Rich in color without looking over-processed
Clear and attractive in terms of sky, greenery, and pool water
Well-balanced in light, contrast, shadows, and depth

The final result should feel atmospheric, premium, and inspiring — not like a technical real estate catalog.

The goal is to make potential guests immediately understand the character of the property and feel interested in booking it.

We will provide references and examples of the style we expect.

Requirements
Fluent Russian is required
Previous experience with real estate, Airbnb, hotel, villa, or hospitality photography
Strong skills in photo editing and color correction
Good eye for composition and visual storytelling
Ability to independently select the strongest images from a full photoshoot
Understanding of the marketing value of photography
Strong attention to detail
Experience with Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar software
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines

A portfolio is required. Please provide examples of your previous real estate, hotel, villa, or Airbnb photography work.

Workflow
We send the full photoshoot via Google Drive.
You select the best images.
You edit approximately 20–35 final photos.
You upload the final high-resolution photos to a separate Google Drive folder.
You share the folder with us.

All final images must be delivered in the highest available quality and resolution, without unnecessary compression.

Payment & Deadline

USD 30 per property/project

Turnaround time: up to 3 days per property

If the collaboration goes well, we are interested in building a long-term working relationship with regular projects.
