**Russian-Speaking U.S. Tax Professional Needed — IRS Form 8832 / Corporate Classification**
MacroGlide LLC, a Texas single-member LLC, is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking U.S. Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Tax Attorney to resolve an outstanding IRS federal tax classification issue.
**Background:**
Our company intended to elect C corporation tax treatment effective February 17, 2025.
Despite multiple Form 8832 submissions, the IRS has not recorded or confirmed our requested classification.
**Filing history:**
- March 2025 — Initial Form 8832 mailed.
- October 2025 — Additional Form 8832 mailed.
- March 2026 — Form 8832 included with our 2025 Form 1120.
- September 2026 — Form 8832 submitted by fax.
The IRS has received our 2025 Form 1120, but its processing remains unresolved due to the classification issue.
**Scope of Work:**
1. Review our filing history and supporting documentation.
2. Identify the correct IRS resolution procedure, including any applicable late-election relief.
3. Prepare and submit any necessary documentation.
4. Communicate with the IRS on our behalf, where authorized.
5. Follow up until the classification issue is formally resolved and address the pending Form 1120 processing issue.
6. Provide documented confirmation of the outcome.
**Requirements:**
- Fluent Russian communication.
- Active U.S. EA, CPA, or Attorney credentials.
- Experience with IRS entity classification, Form 8832, and corporate taxation.
- Ability to represent a Texas LLC in a federal IRS matter.
- Availability to begin promptly.
**Please provide:**
1. Your credentials and relevant experience.
2. Whether you can take this case.
3. Your recommended initial approach.
4. Your estimated total fee or fixed-price proposal.
5. Your estimated timeline and earliest start date.
We have prepared a detailed case summary and can provide supporting documents.
We are looking for end-to-end professional assistance, not a standalone paid preliminary consultation. If additional information is needed to prepare an initial proposal, please specify what you require.
Our preference is to resolve this matter as soon as possible, ideally before January 1, 2027.
