Russian-English Affiliate Manager

I need an experienced affiliate manager who can operate fluently in both Russian and English and drive SALES as the core KPI for our program.

Your mission
• Recruit and onboard high-quality content creators and influencers in Russian- and English-speaking markets.
• Negotiate commission structures, create tracking links, and supply creatives that convert.
• Monitor daily performance, spot optimization opportunities, and prepare concise reports.
• Coordinate product launches and seasonal pushes with selected partners.

Deliverables I expect
1. A 30-day action plan outlining recruitment tactics, target verticals, and projected sales impact.
2. A vetted list of new affiliates (content creators and influencers) with contact details and agreed terms.
3. Weekly performance dashboard highlighting traffic, conversion, and revenue data.
4. Ongoing management and strategic recommendations for continual sales growth.

What will set you apart
• Proven success scaling affiliate programs focused on sales results.
• Native-level command of both Russian and English—comfortable negotiating, writing outreach emails, and producing simple promo copy in either language.
• Familiarity with popular affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, or similar, plus solid analytics skills.
