Runway Fashion Show Producer Needed

I’m staging an indoor runway show for an expected crowd of 100-500 guests and need a producer who can take the concept from idea to final encore.

You’ll be my point person for everything that makes a live fashion moment run smoothly—model casting, fittings, music curation, lighting design, set-build, backstage flow, guest seating, and that all-important show rundown. The venue is already secured, so your focus will be on creative direction, vendor coordination, scheduling, and day-of command.

Key deliverables
• Detailed production schedule with checkpoints up to show day
• Visual plan for runway layout, lighting, and backstage zones
• Confirmed roster of models, stylists, MUAs, and dressers
• Cue-by-cue run-of-show including music and lighting calls
• On-site leadership through rehearsal, dress rehearsal, and show

I’m looking for someone with proven runway experience who can work comfortably with industry-standard tools for show calling and stage management and who can keep a calm head when the house lights dim and the beat drops.
