### Important technical point

The app **cannot simply scrape or expose all RTO/VAHAN information** from government systems. We should build the system around **authorised APIs/data providers and legally permitted information**, with privacy controls. The backend should also hide sensitive information such as full owner personal details unless the data source and applicable law specifically permit its display.
