I have completed a set of engineering drawings for a new septic system and spray irrigation area that utilises an Aerobic Treatment Unit (ATU). Before I submit anything to council, I need a Queensland-registered RPEQ to confirm that the design complies with all relevant state and local on-site sewerage regulations and then place your official stamp on the drawing set.

You will receive the current PDF/DWG plan, design calculations, soil report and manufacturer literature. Your role is to:

• Review the entire package with a focus on full regulatory compliance, especially the layout, hydraulic capacity and land application area sizing.
• Mark up or note any minor amendments needed so the design can be certified without reservation.
• Once satisfied, issue your RPEQ sign-off and digital stamp (and Form 15/16 if required) on the final PDF.

A brief summary confirming compliance and any conditions or recommendations must accompany the stamped file. Let me know your expected turnaround time and any additional information you require to begin the review.
