Row House MEP 2D Plans

I’m finalising a row-house design and now need precise 2D drawings that cover both the electrical and plumbing systems. For the electrical side, include a complete lighting layout, every power-outlet location, and a clear panel schedule. On the plumbing side, I need the water-supply runs, the full drainage network, and exact fixture placements.

Standard residential practices are fine for the electrical code base—no special standards to follow beyond what you would normally apply, but do flag anything that looks non-compliant.

Please deliver layered DWG files along with ready-to-print PDFs, all scaled and annotated so a contractor can build directly from them. I’ll review for clarity of circuits, pipe sizing, and fixture positioning before signing off.
