Roofing Completion for Side Extension

I have a side-extension that measures roughly 1 m x 6 m and sits alongside a permitted-development build that is otherwise finished. The only element left to tackle is the roof. I need a skilled roofer to supply and install everything required to make this small extension completely watertight and visually consistent with the rest of the property.

The job involves tying the new roof into the existing structure, installing appropriate flashing, underlay, tiles (or another suitable covering), guttering and any finishing trims so the extension meets current UK building-regulation standards and passes inspection should I choose to certify later. All materials, waste removal and on-site safety are to be included in your price.

Deliverable:
• A fully installed, weather-sealed roof on the 1 m x 6 m side extension, integrated cleanly with the existing building and ready for immediate use.
