Roof Structural Integrity Assessment

I need a professional to evaluate the structural soundness of my cathedral ceiling and pitched roof before I install a new roof. The current roof has had hail damage and the asphalt shingles have been removed. Some supporting rafters have splitting, bows ,and separation at the peak.
