Romantic Ship Edit Specialist

I’m putting together a series of short edits that spotlight the romantic chemistry and tension between two TV-show characters. All raw footage will be supplied as time-stamped scene pulls, along with the chosen soundtrack for each clip. Your task is to turn those bites into smooth, emotionally charged ship edits that feel right at home on TikTok.

The work can be done in either After Effects or CapCut Pro—whichever lets you achieve fluid motion, tasteful transitions, color-graded atmosphere, text overlays, and beat-matched cuts. Trend-friendly effects are welcome as long as they enhance the story rather than distract from it.

Deliverables
• 1 finished video per brief (20-30 secs, 1080p or higher, H.264 MP4)
• The editable project file (.aep or CapCut package) with linked assets
• One round of tweaks after first review to fine-tune timing, effects, or typography

Acceptance criteria
• Emotional focus stays on the chosen ship and the narrative moment provided.
• Audio and visual beats are synced; no abrupt cuts or clipping.
• Color grading and effects remain cohesive across the full edit.
