Your task is straightforward: listen carefully, transcribe verbatim in Romanian (no machine translation), and return the finished text in an editable format such as DOCX or TXT. Time-stamping every speaker change would be a welcome bonus, but accuracy matters more than speed.

I will share the first batch as a small paid pilot; if the quality meets expectations, you can expect a steady flow of similar work, all handled remotely on your own schedule. Please mention:
