Roll-Forming Tree Design

I have a custom-shaped metal profile ready for production and need a precise roll-forming tree for 8 station passes created directly in UBECO or COPRA. You will work only on the flower/tree layout; the full pass design is not part of this job.

What I will give you:
• A fully dimensioned drawing (DWG/DXF) of the profile
• A clear, measured sketch that clarifies critical radii, flanges, and tolerances

What I expect back:
• A complete roll-forming flower/tree file in either UBECO or COPRA format
• A printable PDF overview so I can review every station quickly
• A short note explaining material allowances and any assumptions you made

I am looking for crisp, production-ready output that my tooling shop can use without further edits, so accuracy on bend sequence, material stretch, and strip width is essential.
