ROC Compliance & ADT-1 Filing

ROC Compliance work needed for a Private Limited company: (1) FY 2023-24 AOC-4 + MGT-7A filing is pending because the auditor's 5-year tenure ended in 2022-23 and reappointment was never done. (2) Need a fresh ADT-1 filed to regularize the auditor appointment — a previous manually-filed ADT-1 for FY 2024-25 was later cancelled on MCA. (3) Want to use the CCFS-2026 scheme (10% additional fee instead of full late fee) — deadline is 31 August 2026, so this is urgent.
