I’m looking for a developer who can build a web-based data-entry management system that feels effortless for users yet uncompromising on accuracy. From the very first release, every text field must be validated in real time, with mandatory-field enforcement so nothing incomplete ever reaches the database.
Core requirements
• Web application, responsive on modern browsers.
• Text-only data sets for now, but the architecture should allow future numeric or mixed fields without major refactoring.
• Instant, airtight validation—mandatory fields flagged before submission. Format checks or duplicate detection aren’t part of phase one, yet the codebase should make adding them straightforward.
• Fast page loads and minimal clicks from “open form” to “saved record.”
• Clean, intuitive UI/UX that guides the user smoothly through each step.
Deliverables
1. Working web app (front-end + back-end) deployed on a test server.
2. Database schema and migration scripts.
3. Source code with concise inline comments.
4. Setup guide and brief user manual.
5. One round of post-launch tweaks to iron out edge-case validation issues.
Preferred tech stacks include React, Vue, or plain HTML5/JavaScript paired with a lightweight API (Node, Django, or similar), but I’m open to what you’re most efficient with—as long as speed and reliability stay top of mind. If you have experience optimizing forms for high-throughput environments, that’s a strong plus.
Bid with a short outline of your proposed stack, timeline to first prototype, and one example of a past project where you implemented aggressive field validation.
