We are developing an autonomous robot for light and medium-duty construction (see attached image). We need a simulation of the robot built in NVIDIA Isaac Sim, to test the design and its autonomous behavior before building the next prototype.

The robot: a tracked vehicle base; a telescopic mast (about 200 mm in diameter, 1.5 m long) raising a rotating torso with two robotic arms (up to about 10 kg payload); and a camera/sensor head. It works indoors on construction sites — unfinished rooms, door openings, drywall panels and construction materials around, dusty environment. Its job is finishing walls: installing sheetrock (drywall), applying joint compound, sanding, and painting.

Work required:
1. Build the robot as an articulated model in NVIDIA Isaac Sim (USD), based on the attached image and the dimensions above: tracked base, telescopic mast, rotating torso, two arms with a gripper and tools.
2. Set up a simple indoor construction-site environment (a room under construction with sheetrock panels, as in the image).
3. Simulate the robot doing its work in sequence: driving into position, installing a sheetrock panel on a wall, applying joint compound to the joints, sanding the joints smooth, and painting the wall — including the mast extending, the torso rotating, and the arms using the automatic tool changer for each task.
4. Add basic sensors (a camera at minimum) and show the robot perceiving its environment.
5. Deliverables: the complete Isaac Sim project files, a short written summary of how the model is set up and how to run it, and a screen-recorded video of the simulation running.

Budget: $250–750 USD for this simulation project. Please bid with examples of your NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Omniverse, or robotics simulation work.

Note: the attached image is an AI-generated concept render of the robot.
