This Position reports to:
Portfolio ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving industry-specific Connected Care solutions that combine software, digital technologies, AI-enabled capabilities and services to address the unique needs of targeted industrial applications.
You will act as the bridge between Connected Care and ABB Robotics industry/application teams, ensuring that the portfolio offers the most relevant and differentiated value proposition for industries such as Data Centers, Logistics & Warehousing, Life Sciences and other strategic growth segments.
As the global focal point for Connected Care within these industrial applications, you will drive the definition, commercialization and deployment of integrated offerings that accelerate customer outcomes, increase adoption of digital solutions and support ABB Robotics growth ambitions.
The work model for the role is:
You will be mainly accountable for:
Define and execute the Connected Care strategy for targeted industrial applications and vertical markets.
Create industry-specific solutions by combining software, digital products, AI capabilities and service offerings into scalable customer value propositions.
Serve as the primary Connected Care interface for industry segment leaders and application teams globally.
Identify industry challenges, operational pain points and emerging customer needs, translating them into portfolio requirements and solution roadmaps.
Ensure alignment between Connected Care capabilities and the business objectives of strategic industrial segments.
Support sales organizations in positioning and deploying Connected Care solutions for strategic customer opportunities.
Collaborate with Connected Care Product Management, R&D, Service, Sales and Industry teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Develop business cases and investment priorities for industry-specific solutions and expansion opportunities.
Measure and improve the business impact of Connected Care offerings through revenue growth, customer value realization and portfolio profitability.
Qualifications for the role
You are highly skilled in networking, internal and customer relationship, with technical understand and business oriented mindset
You have 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development , Product Management or related field
You are passionate about relationships with Customer, Negotiation, Leadership and Self accountability with great Communication skills
Degree in Engineering, equivalent technical background or technical sales background including software and digital solutions
You are proficient communicating in English.
Digital, AI and Software knowledge is a plus
Availability for business travel around 20-30 % of the time
