We are looking for a mechanical or robotics engineer experienced in Autodesk Fusion to develop the complete leg assembly for our robot, from the hip to the foot\.
The robot’s target height is **130 cm**, with a total assembled weight of approximately **30 kg**, including all components\.
The scope includes:
- Correct actuator placement and engineering calculations for loads, torque, and joint movement\.
- Complete hip, thigh, knee, lower\-leg, ankle, and foot assemblies, including foot rotation and tilt joints\.
- Practical, manufacturable connections, bearing supports, cable routing, and proper fit tolerances\.
- Adapting our concept design into matching **3D\-printable and CNC\-machinable versions**\.
- Delivering editable Fusion CAD files, STEP files, STL files, manufacturing drawings, and an assembly BOM\.
We need someone with proven mechanical engineering and actuator integration experience who can turn our concept into a functional, buildable design.
