Military Roleplay — Developer Application

PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are creating Fort Joseph, a serious and immersive Roblox military roleplay experience focused on realistic military roleplay, progression, training, teamwork, and leadership.

We want the game to feel like a large, active military installation where players can build their careers and earn their positions through gameplay.

The game will have its own original map, systems, branding, and content.

NO PAY-TO-WIN

This is a major requirement.

We do NOT want players to be able to buy their way to the top.

We do not want:

* Robux purchases that give unfair combat advantages
* Paid weapons that are stronger than normal weapons
* Buying high command positions
* Paying to skip important progression
* Overpowered VIP or gamepass benefits
* Paid advantages over regular players

Robux purchases can be used for cosmetics or optional features, but the main military experience must remain fair.

CORE GAMEPLAY

Players should be able to:

* Enlist
* Complete basic training
* Earn promotions
* Join divisions
* Attend specialized training
* Participate in operations
* Earn awards
* Become instructors
* Work toward leadership positions
* Command units after earning the appropriate rank

Ranks should have real responsibilities and authority.

The Cyber Security Division will focus on protecting Fort Joseph’s in-game digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities can include:

* In-game cybersecurity operations
* Monitoring simulated security systems
* Investigating fictional cyber incidents
* Maintaining communications systems
* Assisting Military Intelligence
* Cybersecurity training
* Security certifications

The division will focus on fictional and in-game cybersecurity, not real-world hacking.
