Rhino CAD Exterior Design

I have a commercial-use building concept that now needs a fully developed exterior in Rhino. The footprint, basic massing, and key dimensions are settled; what’s missing is a detailed façade model that captures the look and feel of the brand while remaining practical for construction documents later on.

Your brief
• Build a clean, well-layered Rhino (.3dm) model of the exterior only.
• Add façade articulation, window/door openings, and preliminary material assignments so the model is ready for quick rendering.
• Supply 3–4 high-resolution perspective views plus the native file and a DWG export.

Workflow & collaboration
I will provide sketches, reference images, and the latest plan set at project start. We can iterate once the first draft model is in place; two review cycles should be enough. Interior layout and structural detailing are out of scope for now, but the file structure should leave room for those phases later.

Acceptance criteria
• Geometry aligns with the provided dimensions (±5 mm tolerance).
• Layers are logically named and grouped for façade elements, glazing, and entourage.
• Rendered views clearly communicate massing, material breaks, and shadow behavior.
