Rewrite IEEE AI Paper

I have an AI research manuscript prepared for submission to an IEEE journal, but the text still reads like multiple draft layers stitched together. I need it completely rewritten by a human editor so every paragraph flows smoothly, the arguments unfold logically, and the language meets IEEE’s formal standards without sounding robotic or machine-generated. All technical terminology, equations, and citations must stay intact; the improvements should focus on sentence structure, clarity, and overall readability.

The current draft is roughly 6,000 words (including abstract, introduction, related work, methodology, results, and conclusion). I will share the Word file with tracked-change history so you can see the evolution; please return:

• A fully rewritten version with tracked changes visible
• A clean version ready for submission
• Any brief margin notes where a phrase might need author verification

I’m flexible on tools—Word, Overleaf, or LaTeX exports are fine—as long as IEEE formatting is preserved. Turnaround in about one week would be ideal, but let me know if you need a little more time to do a thorough job.
