## What you will make

We have a complete, AI-generated technical white paper on **AI pretraining: data recipes vs. model recipes**. It runs about 3,000 words, with a methodology appendix. Your job is to turn it into a **polished, publication-ready white paper that reads as if an accomplished human author wrote it**, for a technically literate audience.

The full assignment, the deliverables, and **all nine writing directions** are in the attached white-paper pack (md). Please read it before you bid. Everything in it is part of this job, and the writing directions are requirements.

## Fixed constraints

- **Keep every number and every claim exactly.** Don't round, soften, strengthen, add, or drop anything.
- **No online research.** Work only from the pack. Add no outside facts, sources, or data.
- **Follow all nine writing directions in the pack.**
- AI tools are allowed. The final text must still read as human-written, and you must say plainly what you used them for.
- This is ghostwriting. There is no byline, and full IP passes to the client on payment.

## What to deliver: one .docx with three sections

1. **The paper plus the methodology appendix**, rewritten and publication-ready.
2. **Editor Notes** explaining your main changes and why you made them.
3. **A short process note** saying what any AI tools were used for, ending with the signed no-online-research statement from the pack.

## Where you have freedom

You decide the voice, the flow, the phrasing, the transitions, and how to tighten the structure. Within the pack's directions, make it read like a confident expert wrote it with care: clear argument, varied rhythm, no filler, and none of the usual AI tells.

## How the work will be judged

- Does it read as an accomplished human author's work to a technical reader?
- Is every number and claim still exactly right, with nothing added from outside?
- Are all nine directions and every deliverable in the pack met?
- Do the Editor Notes show clear editorial judgment?

Other writers may work on the same draft independently. Each writer's work is judged on its own.
