## What you will make
A polished, publication-ready white paper on AI pretraining (data vs. model recipes), rewritten from an AI-generated draft so it reads as the work of an accomplished human author. The audience is technically literate readers.
The full material is in **the attached white-paper pack (md)**: the draft paper (about 3,000 words), its methodology appendix, the assignment, the deliverables, and **nine writing directions**. Please read the whole pack before you bid. The assignment, deliverables and all nine writing directions in the pack are part of this job exactly as written there and are binding.
## Fixed rules
- **Keep every number and every claim exactly.** Do not change data, findings, or meaning. Do not drop claims or add new ones.
- **No online or outside research.** Work only from the pack.
- AI tools are allowed, but the final text must read as genuinely human-written, and you must say honestly what you used them for.
- This is ghostwriting: no byline, and full IP in the work is assigned to us.
## What you deliver
One **.docx** with three sections:
1. **The paper plus methodology appendix**, rewritten and publication-ready.
2. **Editor Notes**: the main changes you made and why.
3. **Process note**: a short note on what AI tools were used for, plus the signed no-online-research statement from the pack.
## Where you have freedom
Voice, flow, sentence and paragraph structure, tightening, transitions, headings and phrasing are yours, as long as the pack's writing directions are followed and every number and claim stays intact.
## How it will be judged
- Reads like a confident expert wrote it, not a model.
- Every number and claim matches the original exactly.
- All nine writing directions are followed.
- Editor Notes are clear and useful.
- All three sections are present in one .docx, on time.
