Revit Residential Model & Walkthrough

I have a set of photos and precise on-site measurements for an existing single-family house and need the entire project translated into Revit. From that information you will create a clean, fully parametric model that can generate:

• Coordinated floor plans
• Interior and exterior sections & elevations
• Key construction details with corresponding schedules
• A smooth, camera-path walkthrough exported in MP4 or similar

The model must be organized with correct levels, views and sheets so that all drawings update automatically. Drawings should be laid out on printable sheets using standard architectural scales, ready for PDF export.

I will provide the measurement notes, photographs, and any clarifications you need as we progress. Revit 2021 or later is preferred so the file remains forward-compatible. Please keep shared parameters and families lightweight; performance on mid-range hardware is important.

When finished, deliver the native .rvt file, all view sheets in PDF, the walkthrough video, and a brief read-me explaining any custom families or parameters used.
