Revit-Ready 3D House Scan

I need a full internal and external 3D laser survey of a three-bedroom house. The deliverable is a clean, accurately registered point cloud only, ready to drop straight into Autodesk Revit—no modelling required at this stage.

Scope of the scan
• Entire property: main house plus any garden structures and the surrounding site.
• Site detail must pick up paths, driveways, fences and all boundary walls.
• Every interior space, roof line and external façade should be captured to minimise shadows and data gaps.

Required deliverables
• Registered point cloud in RCP/RCS or E57 format.
• Basic coordinate report confirming instrument setup and control points.
• Brief note on scanning specs (scanner model, resolution, accuracy).
