Revit Modeling of 2D DWG Floorplan

I need a detailed 2D DWG floorplan converted into Revit for construction costing estimates. The model should include MEP elements and can use a standard Revit template.

Requirements:
- Walls, windows, doors, MEP elements, and furniture/fixtures
- Accurate representation for costing
- Incorporate specifications for materials/finishes I will provide
- Modeling with Insulated Concrete Foam (ICF)
- Incorporating minisplits and ERVs
- Performing a basic structural review, assuming 18-24" floor truss systems between floors
- Preferably an architect who can adjust the plan to international or Maryland code standards

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with detailed modeling and MEP integration
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with provided specifications
