Revit High-Rise Structural Model

I have a residential tower concept—at least six above-grade floors—that now needs to be turned into a clean, construction-ready Revit file. The emphasis is on accurate structural detailing, so every beam, column, foundation element, and roof structure must be modeled to realistic dimensions and ready for analysis.

MEP integration is essential: please route mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the building so clashes can be checked immediately once the file is returned.

Deliverables
• One native Revit model (.rvt) with all structural components fully defined
• Coordinated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the same file
• Sheets or 3D views that clearly show the structural frame, foundations, and roof assembly for quick review
